An Immersive Experience at the Fairmont San Francisco
For a recent 3-day leadership summit, we reimagined the keynote experience in a way that was both intimate and expansive. Inside San Francisco’s iconic Fairmont Hotel, we built a “room within a room”—an LED-immersive environment designed to engage 300 VIP guests in light, story, and sound from every direction.
The result was a fully wrapped storytelling space where video, lighting, and content moved seamlessly around the audience. By breaking the traditional stage-forward format, we invited attendees into the narrative—seated in swivel chairs, they were surrounded on all sides by visuals and speakers who rotated across the space.
From ideation to onsite execution, the experience pushed boundaries and delivered keynotes that felt cinematic, dynamic, and deeply human.
But this was more than an event. It was an environment. A takeover. And a reminder that when space, story, and technology work together, you don’t just hold attention—you command it.
