For Google Cloud Next 2025, we created a keynote environment designed to evolve in real time. The Day 1 General Keynote delivered a bold, immersive stage experience at arena scale — expansive LED, layered scenic architecture, and integrated lighting working as one visual system.
Overnight, the space transformed for the Day 2 Developer Keynote. Through strategic stage shifts, content zones, lighting dynamics, and scenic emphasis, the environment pivoted from visionary storytelling to demo-driven energy — all without rebuilding from scratch.
This level of adaptability doesn’t happen in isolation. It required deep creative collaboration across design, production, and technical partners — aligning vision, engineering, and execution to deliver a seamless transformation at scale.
